8. Shipping and Delivery

Free Delivery

We include free worldwide delivery with insurance during transit on every order.
All jewellery is securely packaged and delivered by reputable courier or postal services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order.
Your parcel is tracked and traced and requires a signature on delivery to confirm receipt (POD - proof of delivery).

Processing Time

Your orders are processed and dispatched within the following timeframe:

  • Stock pieces are subject to availability and are normally dispatched within 2-5 working days of order confirmation, unless otherwise stated.
  • Personalized pieces are made to order and require longer production times, depending on complexity. The estimated timeframe is generally 2-5 weeks and the specific production time will be communicated and agreed upon with you before production begins.

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Specific Date and Urgent Deliveries

If delivery until a specific date is essential or urgent (e.g., jewelry for a gift), please request this in the 'Additional information' field during the checkout process.
We will check and confirm whether such a delivery is possible (or advise you of available options).

Shipping Address

Please provide a valid and complete shipping address and phone number. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, re‑delivery costs may apply.

Customs and Duties

Depending on the destination country, customs duties and taxes may be charged:

  • EU Countries: Duty‑free.
  • Other Countries: For international deliveries outside the EU, you (recipient) may be required to pay import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Please be advised that customs procedures may cause delays beyond our control.

Invoicing and Customs Declarations

All shipments include a detailed invoice and customs declaration (if applicable), in line with international customs rules. Jewelry descriptions are specific (e.g. “14k gold ring with diamond”) to comply with customs regulations.

Remedies for Delay

If delivery does not occur within the agreed timeframe:

  • You may grant us an additional period appropriate to the circumstances.
  • If we still fail to deliver, you may terminate the contract and receive a full refund without delay.

Risk Transfer

We (and the delivery service) remain responsible for delivery of the goods until these are delivered into your physical possession, which is confirmed by signature at the time of delivery.

Delivery inspection

Please inspect the parcel with the courier at the time of delivery, and if:

  • Parcel is undamaged, please sign to confirm receipt (POD - proof of delivery).
  • Parcel is damaged and pieces are not damaged or missing, please record this with the courier (e.g., mark "damaged packaging" or "received under reserve") on the delivery receipt.
  • Parcel is damaged and pieces are damaged or missing, please refuse the delivery (e.g., mark "damaged packaging and pieces damaged/missing") on the delivery receipt.

In case of any issues, please notify us by email without undue delay and include photos of the parcel and its contents. This will help to resolve the issue with delivery service.
